Closeup of mirror attached. Update on this one: For some reason, the Broomfield PD had difficulty locating the driver, so they got help from the Boulder County Sheriff's dept. (The car was registered an address in the town of Superior in Boulder County.) Anyway, I just spoke the the Broomfield officer who today issued a ticket to the driver for violating CO traffic code 42-4-1008.5 - "Crowding or threatening bicyclist". Believe it or not it was a woman in her 50's. She said she keeps the mirror folded in to make it easier to get in/out of her garage.
