Cornholio 0 #1 September 23, 2004 My last day of WFFC, second jump, I noticed that the screen was cracked and the display was unusable on my Neptune. I have no idea how this happened, as my usual procedure is to land and then put my alti in my helmet until the next jump. Unless someone stepped inside my helmet, I can't think of why the display cracked. Anyhow, I had been in contact with Lara from Alti-2 about another software upgrade issue, so I replied back to her telling her the above situatiion. She wrote my back and told me to send in my Neptune for repairs. I did, and got a reply back that she had received it and they were working on it. About a week later, today, I received the package from Alti-2. Not only was my Neptune replaced - Brand New, with the latest FW, but it was replaced with a Translucent BLUE shell, AND one of the new Neptune Armor thingies. I guess they thought I needed one...go figure. And.. it arrived one day before the Byron Boogie!!! Thanks Lara and the rest of the people at Alti-2. You guys ROCK!!! Butthead: Whoa!
