irishrigger 32 #1 November 18, 2015 Very sad news out of New Zealand this evening. Jonah Lomu, one of the best Rugby players of all time and one of my rugby hero's passed away today at the age of only 40. he will always be remembered for his appearances the World Cup of 1995 in South Africa. he was an incredible Athlete, being 6'5 and about 250lbs and was still able to run the 100 meters in 10.3 seconds!! once he got running with the ball he was almost impossible to stop as the video below will prove. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FkJ1Wp9iko RIP Jonah

obelixtim 150 #4 November 18, 2015 I remember back in 1995 the All Blacks had a training camp in Taupo before the World Cup. All the DZ girls wanted to meet the AB's but were too scared to go on their own to watch them train, so they dragged me down there. They were blown away when they saw him, but were too nervous to approach him. They were very happy that I took them down onto the pitch to meet him, and he was an absolute gent. Later at the World Cup he became a legend. It always amused me that they made a song and dance about wanting to meet him, but got cold feet when the opportunity was there. My computer beat me at chess, It was no match for me at kickboxing....
