I went to my first bridal shower last night (weird American custom.) I walked into a room full of proper Bostonian women and felt so out of place, I headed straight to the champagne table ... and I didn't leave it's side until it was time to go ... So, I'm sitting there watching my friend, the bride to be, open presents: pots, pans, toasters, blenders ... than comes my gift - black silk and lace lingerie !!!
