The people that talked to me about it made me realize it went so far as to be important as a learning tool. Yeah, it's not even the $15 because like pc said thats not that much. It's the absurdity of not being allowed to park on the street. You're right though, especially knowing that with 30 seconds worth of work I could have saved myself $15.
