mrwrong 0 #5852 January 19, 2010 Morning biotches..... Pheeeww.... Yesterday was just a disaster... A coworker decided to "pursue his career outside the company".... Since we are a small work group that has finally found out how to optimize our work in this set up this is nothing short of a disaster.... Now we'll find ourselves in a lot of turbulence once again. Some times work life just sucks.... But what the F.... will this matter in a 100 years???? *shrugging shoulders* Better just to breakdown and move on How are you guys doing???? “The sum of intelligence on the planet is a constant; the population is growing.” - George Bernard Shaw He who dies with the most toys, wins..... dudeist skydiver # 19515 Buy quality and cry once! skittles_of_SDC 0 #5853 January 19, 2010 Mornin' friend. Sucks about the guy leaving. Maybe you'll get lucky and get somebody who falls in a clicks with your work style right away. I'm doing great. I made all my reservations yesterday for a C-130 Hercules jump next weekend. I'm super stoked.
mrwrong 0 #5854 January 19, 2010 Quote for a C-130 Hercules jump next weekend *SIGH*.... Morning Patrick.... I'm sorry but out of jealousy I'm obliged to hate you from now on Well we are going to move current staff around a bit and another IT guy will have to change work group now in order to solve this.... But it does suck that we're going through yet another turbulent phase.... It'll all work out in the end though, I think... “The sum of intelligence on the planet is a constant; the population is growing.” - George Bernard Shaw He who dies with the most toys, wins..... dudeist skydiver # 19515 Buy quality and cry once! skittles_of_SDC 0 #5858 January 19, 2010 Don't worry. You're not the only one. One of my very good friends who is a skydiver AND is in the Army ROTC is very jealous. She also said she hates me now. I've been waiting for this moment for a long, long time. I may never get to jump from a Herc as a US Soldier but at least I can do it as a civilian. mrwrong 0 #5859 January 19, 2010 Good to know I'm in good company, jealousy-wise There used to be a Herc boogie every other year here in Sweden... Until the Swedish air force pulled the plug on all of the sponsoring of such events... Gadaaaaamn that I was just a low number rookie when the last Herc boogie was in 2004 Can't remember by heart but I think that you had to have atleast 300-400 jumps to participate... As a belly jumper... Free fly jumpers had to have like 600 jumps “The sum of intelligence on the planet is a constant; the population is growing.” - George Bernard Shaw He who dies with the most toys, wins..... dudeist skydiver # 19515 Buy quality and cry once! skittles_of_SDC 0 #5860 January 19, 2010 Damn! You only need to have a B license (50 jumps) for the Herc jump here.

mrwrong 0 #5863 January 19, 2010 Well... It was only due to the number of people in every load and that they calculated for a 50% off DZ landing... We are a bit "anal" here in Sweden when it comes to safety regulations.... Every load was 80 jumpers.... Most customers are quite "picky" that they wanna have the support in their native language... But as a Swede I have the "grace" that Swedish, Norwegian and Danish are quite similar languages so I can manage those customers.....
