She was sitting at the park with her little sister yesterday (which is within sight of our home), visiting with one of the neighborhood boys, when he tried to get fresh. When he didn't immediately stop when she said, she was on him like white on rice. Poor kid didn't know what hit him. Then she was gone home with her sister in a flash. We can't be there all the time. A very simple job (a software update) due to a service bulletin AND one extra job that I ordered when I got the appointment..... They promised me that this part that needed exchange would be ordered so it was at hand when I came in with the car.... Do you think this part was ordered??? NO!!!!! Fucking lame ass idiot!!!!!! Now I have to come in with the car AGAIN I just spent 20 minutes on hold on the phone waiting for them to pick up and another 10 minutes telling them what they (the central booking desk) did wrong and what I expect from them in the future....
