BillyVance 35 #2 December 27, 2016 Surprised she lasted this long after a massive heart attack. 2016 has been brutal. BillyVance 35 #3 December 27, 2016 Although she made history with her Leia character, she had other roles, most notably Jake Blue's jilted lover in The Blues Brothers. Good stuff. quade 4 #4 December 27, 2016 I'm really glad I saw Rogue One before this. I'm not sure I would have been able to walk out of the theater after if I hadn't.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
BillyVance 35 #5 December 27, 2016 A hilarious snippet about her discussion with George in the filming of the original movie... BillyVance 35 #8 December 27, 2016 MattIRE Well time to rewatch all of them again! Already did last week. All we can do is just enjoy her work of art on the screen. wolfriverjoe 1,523 #9 December 28, 2016 BillyVance Although she made history with her Leia character, she had other roles, most notably Jake Blue's jilted lover in The Blues Brothers. Good stuff. Her monologue in the tunnel is one of my favorite all time scenes. After trying to assassinate them throughout the entire movie, Elwood finally gets to ask the question everyone has been wondering... Who is that girl? And it's up on FB, from Twitter: Quote Honor Carrie Fischer: - Normalize mental illness and it's treatment - Take life a little less seriously - Destroy a fascist regime "There are NO situations which do not call for a French Maid outfit." ryoder 1,590 #11 December 28, 2016 Apparently, her mother just had a stroke: http://ew.com/movies/2016/12/28/debbie-reynolds-hospitalized-2/"There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones. wmw999 2,560 #12 December 29, 2016 She just lost a child. That's about the worst thing that can happen to a parent, no matter what age. oldwomanc6 60 #13 December 29, 2016 Apparently, she has also passed. :( Losing a child is bound to be hard on the healthiest person, let alone someone elderly. RIPlisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB

quade 4 #15 December 31, 2016 Hard to say how much of that will be paid out. Supposedly they had finished Fisher's scenes on episode 8. I love how the article says Disney didn't comment. Well, there's a good reason for that; all of the studio suits are on holiday as is tradition in Hollywood between Christmas and New Year. About the only people on the lots are security and fire guys. Well, and the occasional person taking their out of town guests for a tour of their "glamorous" workplace.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
