I am a newbie and it is my first rig, but I am extremely happy with it. I got some sh*t about buying a Dolphin from some people, but one of the instructors uses one and I figured if it is good enough for him... I totally agree that the customer service from Roy at Rigs 'n Things is first rate. He went out of his way to keep his customer (me) happy....
