Pioneer Highlifter Square Reserve

Recommended Posts

I jumped Pioneer High Lifters back when they were fashionable as tandem mains, in the late 1980s.
Those 375 square foot, 9-cell, F-111 High-Lifter canopies flew better than the PD-360s that replaced them.
The main reason Pioneer stopped building gear for the sport market was a fear of lawyers.
Provided that canopy has spent most of its life on the shelf, it should still be a credible reserve for a big guy (more than 230 pounds naked) and I would still be tempted to pack it into a Vector Tandem reserve container.
