krazypara3165 0 #1 September 11, 2015 Hi all! My name is Craig and I'm no newcomer to throwing myself out of a perfectly serviceable aircraft. I have around 50 static line jumps under my belt, mainly on the Irvin LLP but I have used the T10 and whatever the French were using a few years back. I want to have a bash at skydiving as I loved the feeling of being in the air but 600ft did not give me much time to enjoy it!
skymama 37 #2 September 11, 2015 Welcome to the forums! She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
zoobrothertom 5 #3 September 11, 2015 Welcome, Craig! I'm an ex-airborne soldier myself. You're gonna love freefall! Even though you have to learn new procedures, your previous jumps will serve you well. The biggest advantage from your military background is that you have long ago overcome your fear and have learned to trust your equipment & instructors. Have fun!! ____________________________________ I'm back in the USA!!
