randyb 0 #1 October 16, 2013 A year ago I wouldn't have guessed that I'd spend my whole summer getting licensed to skydive. As a birthday gift, weather delayed 7 months, I took a tandem dive in May. By July I was back in the static line progression and completed my A license a couple of weeks ago. I'm a pilot that has gone through many hours of training and check rides (all up to ATP and multiple 135 currency). Learning to step out of the plane and fly my body was a wholly different and surprisingly challenging thing to experience. I'm hooked. Now plan to start looking for a good used rig and know next to nothing about what I want/need...so expect to see some very noob questions out on the gear threads!
