richardw38 0 #1 January 13, 2012 G'day everyone! First post on DZ.com. I just moved from the UK to Australia. I did my AFF back in April at Empuriabrava with Scotty Milne. I've only been on two DZ trips, but on both occasions I stayed a week and did 30ish jumps on each trip, I think it’s fair to say I'm hooked. On my last trip I managed to get my B license and FS1 so I am now licensed to play with others. Who'd have thought that throwing yourself out of a plane in various different fashions, and generally throwing each other through the sky while you hurtle towards the ground would be soooo much fun. It'll be even more fun when I actually get a little better at it!! My new DZ will be Nagambie, I'm going up there tomorrow to speak to the CI about getting my Uk license converted to an Aussy one, and probably doing a couple of jumps. I would love to jump with some others once the CI has deemed that I'm not a hazard to others. Tall, skinny dude with blonde dreads, say Hi if you see me around the DZ. Blue Skies!
