Jumper-Brown 0 #7 November 29, 2011 I'm having a slightly similar experience. I had my first jump on Saturday - a spur on the moment tandem. Man was it awesome! I went into it thinking that skydiving would be a once or twice thing. Since that initial jump I can't stop thinking about AFF. Unfortunately, I live in the Mid-Atlantic and winter is-a comin'. My DZ will be closed until March. Argh! Until then, I'll just consume as much knowledge as I can about the sport. I'm completely lost on the social aspect right now, but I guess that'll come with interaction.

chemfx 0 #9 November 29, 2011 Quote Welcome to the forums! Thnxs Skymama. Didn't buy had the chance to make a trade with a customer. The rig is kinda dated Reflex container, Sabre 190 DOM oct 95 still crisp only one jump & a DP reseve 160 DOM aug 96. I've gotten mix reviews on the trade but been told by my DZ instructor that it is in good condition and he will get it ready for when i graduate. I'll jump it for as long as I feel it's safe and or feel i could go for a smaller rig. Hope to get a least close to 100 jumps on it.
