packerboy 3 #1 June 4, 2004 I have to send a defective Skytronic to Italy from Canada, should I push the company to let me send it COD since it's not my fault it doesn't work? -------------------------------------------------- In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock. ~ Thomas Jefferson
betzilla 56 #2 June 4, 2004 You could save $$ (I think) by sending it to T at Unfeathered (which is in Florida), and having HER send it to italy for you. You can PM me if you want her address... -B
masterrig 1 #3 June 4, 2004 As was suggested by the previous post. Contact Un-Feathered. In about 3-minutes over the phone, she'll be able to tell you what the problem is and probably, you'll have a new one in a few days. She's great to deal with and she'll save you a LOT of hassle! packerboy 3 #4 June 4, 2004 Thank you for the tip, I just talked to T at Unfeathered and she is g oing to be very helpful in getting me what I need. Coming from the service industry myself, being a bartender and waiter, the level of customer service in this industry never ceases to amaze me. I just had an excellent customer service interaction at Kurupee Suits as well. Those are some cool dudes over there in Paraguay.
