BBKid 0 #1 May 31, 2004 Was looking at the VSE website a few days ago and saw that their rig has a velcroless RSL. I'm intrigued as to how it's secured, so if anyone can briefly explain it or attach a pic I'd be very grateful. I'm not going to buy an Infinity or anything, so I figure Kelly and his folks have better things to do than answer my questions! Cheers! Hooknswoop 19 #2 May 31, 2004 It's under a narrow tuck tab. Neat design actually. Derek
masher 1 #3 June 1, 2004 We've just got some new Telesis'. They've got a velcroless RSL too. The part of the RSL that goes over the shoulder is stiffer than the rest of the RSL, and then ends of the stiff bits tuck into little pockets under the tuck tabs. Quite neat. Can't give you photos, 'cause the rigs are about 3 hours away....-- Arching is overrated - Marlies
Hooknswoop 19 #4 June 1, 2004 The Voodoo and Talon 3.0 also have velcro-less RSL's. They use a stiffened RSL lanyard tucked in to 2 pockets. On the infinity, the lanyard isn't stiffened and simply lies under a stiffened flap. That flap is then held in place by the reserve risers.
