KermieCorleone 0 #7 April 12, 2009 Congrats man, even though I still have one more lvl to go on my AFF, and I am already eagerly looking forward to gettting my A license. BTW how did you spread out your remaining jumps after AFF? ie how many of your jumps were "coached" jumps or with another jumper and how many did you just jump solo on your own? cheers- Neil Never make assumptions! ScottyE 0 #8 April 12, 2009 Beleve it or not I did my first jump and AFF course (7 jumps )back in 1995 at skydive city With Doug Park, Gareth Holder And Lori Love(rest in peace Lori)didnt jump again due to finances (Kids)till 2001. Started the whole thing over when I moved to Maine but this time went static linedid about eleven jumps 3 S/L but didnt jump any more after the 911 attacks till last month . I finally made up my mind to finish up get my Licence get my gear and become a regular weekend funjumper. As far as coach Jumps I've had some that I would pay the jump for (in Maine) and they would go up with me ,but at Lake Wales I met a good guy that just got his coach rating and would jump with me just to jump. Good luck bud yes skydiving is expensive but I'm 39 and I'm realizing that you cant take it with you
jim_32766 0 #9 April 13, 2009 Congrats on getting the "A". I like your "might as well have fun while your here" approach. I hope to follow in your foot steps, or should I say leaps, shortly!
