flamey 0 #1 August 15, 2008 Hey everyone! I wanted to skydive for a while, get a license. Just can't find anyone among my friends who'd want to do it too. I did couple of tandem jumps - in Sussex, NJ and in Skydive The Ranch in NY, though a few years apart. Both were awesome, in the second place they let me pull the chute, navigate & land (with instructor's help, of course) it was great. In Sussex was cool too, cause it was a small plane (i came late and it was just me & instructor) and I had to climb of the plane onto a small step before we could jump - some feeling I'll never forget :) Anyways, I'm here to read and learn, cause those were definitely not the last times i jumped! mrbiceps 0 #2 August 17, 2008 Hi buddy. i too had trouble finding a mate who wanted to learn how to skydive as well. In reality in australia anyway 1 person in 10000 has a syydiving license, so there are not many of us around. I was happy to go on my own. It doesnt take long to make great friends at the dz.
