skybytch 273 #4 May 20, 2004 AFAIK there's nothing you can do to make a Hawkeye bigger. Each size is a different shell and the liners are not easily removed and replaced. Do NOT bake a Hawkeye!!! It's not built from carbon fiber like the Bonehead helmets are, and it doesn't use the same "thermofit" liners that are used in Boneheads. You might try contacting the manufacturer, Arrow Dynamics (520.466.7722 in the US). Jim's a good guy; if there's any way to make a Hawkeye bigger he'd be the one who would know about it. .
