What's a "dez"?

Pointers:
1) Capitalize the first word of each sentence.
2) Insert a space after a period before beginning a new sentence.

Welcome...like Skymomma said, take deep breaths and try to relax - it really helped me not to buffet in freefall and keep a good arch.
