The "proficiency card" for your A license, is inside and I recommend that you attach it securely to your logbook. There are already some things on it, that you can probably already get signed-off. When you complete one of the required "tasks", be sure to note it in your logbook and ask your instructor, to sign-off on your proficiency card.
