Noob to the sport

Recommended Posts

So I started rock climbing this past year, and have decided to add skydiving onto my list of hobbies. When it warms up and AFF courses start getting offered again I plan on starting right away. Anyone know when DZs in South Carolina start working for the year? I haven't bee able to get ahold of them, presumably because they are closed for winter.

Where are you located in SC? Currently, the only dropzone capable of taking you to 14,000 feet is my home DZ, Skydive Carolina. However, if you're over by I-95 Raeford in NC may be closer.

The DZ's are running, but most DZ's are closed during the week. Try to contact them on weekends. :)

Flying Tigers is definitely weekend only.

It's a beautiful area to jump in though, Did some intentional water jumps there a few summers ago. :)
