skydave238 0 #1 April 23, 2007 Hi guys and gals After more than 2 years in the sport I think its long overdue that I introduced myself! Im David all the way from Swakopmund in the beautiful country of Namibia. Just recently become a SL JM. Nothing beter that looking after and despatching students! Watching their terrified faces as they leave the plane, and seeing the huge grin spread accross their face when they land safely! Can you get more satisfaction from doing anything else? Hi to all! Blue Skies!Ready...Set...Go..! SkydiveSwakop

Blue Skies! I send you a specail hello all the way from South Africa!"Watching their terrified faces as they leave the plane" makes me think back on my 1ste jump (not that it was that long ago lol) i remember sitting in the door and looking at my instructor/JM right before i jumped, he smiled and showed me the thumbs up, i smiled back and jumped, ill never forget that image.... when i landed, grinning from ear to ear, he shaked my hand, told me he was proud of me and well done! awesome experience! just thought ill share that with you you JM's leave an impact for the rest of our lives! Nikki_vZ 0 #8 April 24, 2007 i only have 3 SL jumps at the moment not as much as i would like though, certain circumstances got in the way a couple of times (namely the weather!)
skydave238 0 #9 April 24, 2007 aaaah the weather! That is defnitly something I can relate to! I got stuck on my last SL jump for a month cuz the weather just wouldnt clear! Then again Im sure every skydiver is hampered by the weather at some point! I recon we should all team up and invent a machine that can control the weather! Enjoy the remainder of ur SL jumps! U should b on DRP's now, right? Ready...Set...Go..! SkydiveSwakop
