New to jumping and new to dropzone

Recommended Posts

So, I am totally excited! Made my 25th jump today and am one sinature away from being licensed!

I am new around here even though I have been reading threads and articles on skydiving here for months. Hope to learn more from everybody and maybe make some new friends ;)

Congrats on getting your A on Saturday. We were there to hear the announcement! I was hoping you'd stay later that day (not sure if you did). I kinda did try to look for you because my friend got his A the same day, and I finished all my dives (though had to take the test on Sunday and passed it as well). :)
We brought beer on Sat night and had great fun meeting the Air Trash members as well as some of the regulars of the DZ during the celebration that evening.

We'll keep an eye out for you when we get back to the DZ in a couple of weeks. We're gonna see if we can get a few jumps at San Diego this coming weekend ;)

Awesome! Congrats yourself!! I brought beer back for the school in the evening and got on the last load of the day. I didn't stick around though. My little brother was in town and we were both beat tired from the night before, plus neither of us drink either. I am going to come out again on Saturday so look for me then. Have fun in the mean time

Yeah, Before I was an EMT I was a Sergeant in the Marines and that was quite a rush, especially in combat. I am loving skydiving so far! I just got my A-license two weekends ago and in the next month I will have my B.

I was first going to be a paramedic and work for the fire department then after working as an EMT for a few years I decided to get a degree in nursing and I eventually want to be a flight nurse. More opportunities and more money.
