FlyingJarhead 0 #1 May 5, 2006 Sup everyone, my name is Jason, im 18 and im about to get into some things that will forever shape my life. I live in San Diego and im almost done with highschool. Im a surfer and i like to have fun. im in the Delayed Entry Program for the Marines, i will be a reservist while going to a school called Embry Riddle, it is a aeronautics school. www.embryriddle.com ill probably go to the one in prescott arizona. but first things first, a little break from school and little bit of dicipline to gain before i really start my life journey. im done with the minor league stuff and im ready to grow up. i have always wanted to skydive, since i was 13 and im almost to my first tandem jump, june 19th My real dream is to fly wingsuits, and slowly i will make my journey towards that goal. Im sure some of you are saying , make sure you like the sport before you invest, well i agree but i was the same way with bungee jumping and cliff diving. these kinds of things just interest me and it looks like the people who do these things have the most fun. Im counting on loving it and im hoping to be a hardcore Flight guy. all types, planes, ultralights, wingsuits, LEVITATION :p, you name it, as long as it flys it interests me. Space interests me too, i want to major in aerospace engineering, aeronautical engineering and aerodynamic design. as i patiently wait for my 18th b-day, i try to become more knowledgable in the sport my life will evolve around, this looks like the right place and im hoping that you experts can take my under your wings and make me the best i can be! oorah, semper fidelis, and forever flight! Nice to meet you all. :)

FlyingJarhead 0 #3 May 6, 2006 yes mam! thanks for the warm welcome! yes, they have a branch in arizona and one in san diego, but the san diego branch apparently is called a distance learning center and you take classes at different locations, the arizona one has its own airstrip and apparently there is a skydive club so maybe ill fit in :)
