Greetings from a New Addict

Recommended Posts

I did my AFF1 in August as one of those "things to do before I die" experiences, and immediately became obsessed. I've been spending pretty much all my fun money (and then some) on this sport, getting up early on weekends, and having the time of my life.

As of this post, I'm probably one trip to the DZ away from getting the A license. Just found out about this site.

Hey Rhett, welcome to your new world. I hope this sport becomes a big part of your life like it has for so many of us. Because, it only gets better. One day you will get over the fear and tension that you feel on every jump. Those feeling are replaced with even better ones. Happiness, peace, joy ,almost orgasmic. It's awesome stick with it and good luck.

I forgot the original Q. The USPA regulates affiliated DZs so the AFF program should be very similar everywhere you go. That said, there are still a lot of variants. It would be best to do it in one place simply because of those 1.382 billion differences. Party on Rhett!!
HPDBs, I hate those guys.
