sebaha 0 #1 March 7, 2005 Just wanted to greet people here. I'm a pilot from Finland, soon earning my commercial certificate. I have 800+ TT, 100+ flying jumpers in a C206. If anyone would like to share ideas about pilot employment in Europe or Australia, would appreciate. Blue skies

op5e 0 #5 March 9, 2005 In regards to australia go to the below link then "services" and "publications" in there is the "operation regulations" and there is a part there that relates to the min requirements for a jump pilot. There is also a document called "Jump Pilots Handbook" which might come in handy. Australia has only a few larger dropzones, and I have heard some dropzones say they have alot of people asking to be pilots on a regular occasion. However there is a list on the link below of dropzones, contact a number of them and see how you go. I do not recall seeing any spots being advertised for pilots in the APF newsletters but if I do see any (and remember) I will drop you a line. http://www.apf.asn.au/ If you end up coming here to jump, please give me a buz and we will have to share some air.
