Salsa_John 0 #10 February 14, 2005 Welcome to the Family. Newbie here too. Had a real problem with arching and landing. All it took was some good coaching and some practice and now I have my A License. Come to Florida. The weather is 73 today. My instructors encouraged me to not quit when I was having bad landings. I am glad I kept on. Blue Skies "You did what?!?!" MUFF #3722, TDSM #72, Orfun #26, Nachos Rodriguez

tigerclaw 0 #12 February 15, 2005 Welcome Becky! I'm a fellow newb. Five AFF's . It's a bit too cold to jump here in Virginia, too. If you have the time/money, try a warmer drop zone Or...... ya might wanna ask around about Tunnel Time. Most of our "Seniors" highly recommend it ( Right Guys/Gals ?) I'm hoping to do some tunnel time AND Jump in Florida in late March. By the time I get back, it should be almost warm enough to get some jumps in at my regular DZ..
