hello everyone, just like to say i jumped out of a plane for the first time and what a rush it is. the jump was from around 14,500 and i couldn't believe how cold it was up there, noone prepared me for that, it was close to 90 on the ground. well i passed my aff level 1 and now its on to 2, although i did make a few mistakes, i panic'd at pull time and brought both arms back when i went to throw the pilot chute,:o but i did manage to get back into a decent box position before it deployed the main. there is just so much to remember i think i was having sensory overload. although now that i know the procedures i think i can relax alot more for the second jump. If anyone is in this area let me know and maybe we can share a ride up to skydive alabama in cullman. from the looks of it, i may need a second job to support this addiction.:)

Wecome and congrats on your 1st jump!! :)

You will most probably be a lot more relaxed for your next jump. My 2nd one was so much better. I had a great exit, was altitude aware and did everything right. It was awesome!

Yup, we all need a 2nd job to keep doing this. But it's worth it!!

Welcome and good luck with the rest of your training from a fellow newbie!
