Sayin' Hi

Be sure to talk to your instructors about your fears. They are better prepared to help you with them if they are aware of your concerns.

Over the years I have had students that have had panic attacks, severe fear of airplanes, severe fear of heights and a few more stranger ones. They have all successfully jumped. Some are regular skydivers and some just did it that one time.

Best wishes and keep us posted as to your next skydive!

Like Skymama says, fear issues are normal. I did my 19th jump a couple of weeks ago, I should know. But the fear is slowly decreasing. Congrats and Keep it up! :)
