Icon134 0 #1 May 20, 2004 So, been in sport only a short while... obviously, only 10 jumps under my belt. gotta start somewhere. I'm jump'n in GA... when I'm not being an engineer... Some people think I'm nutz others don't but I suppose you can't please everyone... been out for a couple of weeks... busy with work... another week and I'll be taking time off to get back in the air... (patience is a hard thing sometimes...) maybe I'll sneak away this weekend for some fun... I'm getting a bit twichy not getting my jump fix... I'm kind of glad I'm in a warm climate and can hypothetically jump year round... how do y'all in the north survive winters... that should do it for the intro... hope to see y'all about... Icon134 0 #5 May 26, 2004 Well I managed to get a pair of jumps in on sunday... so unfortunately I'll be out of the skys for a couple of months... any good skydiving books y'all might recommend... like how to eat carrots (i.e. how to effectively read the wind direction... and not be stupid...)
