DKJ 0 #1 March 17, 2004 So, after 16 mths as a skydiver and 270 jumps I've finally become a member of DZ.com. I live in Victoria BC Canada which is just about the only year round drop zone in Canada. I'm a freeflyer and have recently taken up flying a vid cam as well. This year saw my first holiday boogie in Eloy where I met several great people and made many new friends. As my skydiving career continues I look forward to meeting many more. One of the things that attracts me to this sport is the people. Meeting people who are like minded has been an added benefit of participating in this sport. And of course the parties are fantastic. I look forward to many good years in skydiving. slotperfect 7 #4 March 17, 2004 Welcome, Derek! It must be beautiful skydiving in BC - I've never been but heard that it's a treat. Year round is the bomb-diggety! Your right about the people . . . I have been in the sport a long time and have many close friendships as a result. Eloy is my home away from home. I skydive there when I'm in Tucson on business a couple of times a year. Come visit us at Raeford and meet some more interesting characters! Arrive Safely John
