The Ranch, Quantum Leap, Skydive Miami, Austin Skydiving, Kapowsin & Sebastian (where I was lucky to dive at - most recently - for a solid 2.5 weeks)

...still I’ve learned more stuff than I should know, really - REALLY - from looking over you guys’ shoulders here at these forums.

Anyway... I reckon it’s time I said hi, and thanked every one of you.

And to the administrators of this site: you all have Done Me Right. About a month ago I wooed my life-saving baby (her name’s Ada G.) off your classifieds. Serious thanks for providing and maintaining this service and the forums.

Some figures:

I’ve 74 skydives to date.

That’s approximately 147 miles of freefall.

That means I fell pretty much straight down from here in the East Village (NYC) to Albany for whatever it’s worth.

For you west coasters that’s Santa Cruz down to Cambria on the One in just over an hour.

Fuck yeah.

Oh, and about 60 miles of blissed-out canopy flight, one mile at a time, over and down...............................................................

This is a pretty amazing sport really. I can think of few experiences more rewarding.

In the last year and a half I’ve been lucky enough to skydive with my brother, my mother, my business partners, some personal ones, clients, old friends, new friends, some prospective friends… as well as more perfectly beautiful strangers than I deserve, including yours truly.
