harro 0 #5 July 30, 2003 Dude, my back has been a pain in the arse since I stopped jumping. They found another crush in my back from the original accident. So more exercising and stretching for me. Reducing plan is working. I have fully given up the smokes and have put on some weight but Im working on reducing this again. ( Never ending saga )Jumpy Jumpy??
