aerogirl 0 #1 May 17, 2003 Hello everyone! I thought it was about time I said hello. Actually I wanted to say hello a few days ago, but for some silly reason I was nervous being a new skydiver and all. Anyway...it's great to say hello....I'm on skydive #4, (AFF) and am still taking it all in, so wish me luck. Hope everyone is having a super evening!! You are lucky to be in an area that you can jump year round. altho I do not envy your upcoming summer heat. I am sitting home... grounded in Seattle by yet another day of rainy unstable air full of clouds coming in off the Pacific dropping out of the Gulf of Alaska. I know we will get some sun.. from time to time... at least by July. Blue Skies Steve Ok, so it's pink, but I'm secure in my manhood, and I still look cool coming in under it! Dropzone.com is a great way to meet new friends to jump with. Have you met Amy out there from this thread? She's going through AFF too and jumps at Eloy. Look her up, it's great to have a support system as you're going through AFF. Also, bbarnhouse is our official welcome committee at Eloy, she's there all the time, so say hi to her if you see her. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
 Fireflyer 0 #6 May 18, 2003 too nervous to post but not to jump out of a perfectly good plane? i like that! welcome aboard. from another newbie (aff4), this site rocks. hope you are swell and blue skies!
