AFI completed, a great day of jumping!

I skipped work yesterday and went to the dz and had a great day!!! I finished my IAF yesterday becoming the first rookie of 2011 to graduate at the Ranch. Followed that up with a couple of great solos all with stand up landings. I am so hooked on this sport!!!

Congratulations man! That first solo was my favorite jump! So relaxing.

It was funny I hopped out got stable and just hung there for a few seconds taking in the scenery! It was cool not having to get something done to move on. Then I did a few barrel rolls and flat tracked to a good opening area.

First solo, no performance requirements, time to just sit back and enjoy the view....man, I remember my first solo when I came back to skydiving. It was a whole different world from those few-second delays!

Thanks man! Hopefully we can hook up at the ranch it never hurts to have another friend at the dz. And it definitely never hurts to have friends with coach ratings!!!
