covey 0 #1 March 20, 2003 Hello everyone. This is my first post. There was a slight break in the weather here weekend before last. Which enabled me to do my AFF in one weekend. I did my graduation jump last Sunday. Hopefully we will get great wx this weekend cause I am totally addicted now. I did a tandem jump about 8 years ago and did the Airborne thing in the Army. It doesn't compare to freefall sport jumping. Can't wait to work on my A ticket more!!! Believe those who are seeking truth. Doubt those who find it. -Andre Gide

covey 0 #3 March 20, 2003 Thanks for the welcome. We are always learning. It isn't that impressive that I was able to get done with the AFF in one weekend. I had great instructors that explained everything very well. That along with all the support from the other jumpers that weekend. We did the ground school on Friday and that helped out a lot. That way we just had to do a review of everything the next morning. I am having a ball and can't wait to get back in the air. Believe those who are seeking truth. Doubt those who find it. -Andre Gide

covey 0 #6 March 20, 2003 I can't wait to get my A license. One of my goals is to jump all the DZs within driving distance. So I will definitely try and pay you guys a visit. I have to get rid of my other hobby stuff to purchase a beginners rig. Then I will be set. I just got my helmet and altimeter in the mail yesterday. Can't wait to use them this weekend. Believe those who are seeking truth. Doubt those who find it. -Andre Gide
