Lini 0 #1 November 7, 2006 Ive search around the main skydive equipment manufactures... And all most of them have service bulletins posted on their websites. Compare this with base gear manufactures, they have none. I am a basejumper myself, and I find this somewhat worring. Dont base gear manufacturers do misstakes? If they do, are they keeping quiet about it? If so, why? I would personaly liked to know if something was not optimal on my gear, so I could have fixed it..... Dont know if this is true or not, does anybody know? Morpheus? Apex? Atair? Asylum?
tfelber 0 #2 November 7, 2006 I know Apex had a recall on some of their WLO toggles. They sent me a personal email and posted here on DZ.com. I haven't looked to see if it is also on their website.

BR issued a press release on black rubber bands, and there have also been pilot chute recalls where they have been replaced by the manufacturer en masse.Skydiving Fatalities - Cease not to learn 'til thou cease to live
