I am evacuating the Houston area due to hurricane rita and headed to a friends house in San Antonio for at least a few days until they allow us locals back in. Any locals there? my cell is 832 330 1024

I just left you a message, give me a call whenever you get the message, i will be up most of the night packing up my stuff, and elevating some furniture in case (most probably will since im in a low lying area) the water comes into my place. I should have gotten a second floor apt! Doh!

Guess we're missing the party. Dave & I are evacuating to Jasper (dave's parents place) to ride out the storm. But then again, we will have all our rigs. hehehe.... Guess I'll be having my own party.

Hey Ted,

Good to know we have that futon as a possibility, the government is supposed to find us a room but you know how that goes.

We are out of here first thing tomorrow morning.

As per my previous post, all the important things are going with us including the cats, the bird, and the BASE records (already in my van).

Anyone waiting for correspondence from us, please be patient 'till Miss Rita blows away.
