International Base Boogie Budapest 2005, the REAL BASE Contest will take place again in Budapest by the organisation of the MBSE (the Hungarian Base Jump and Parachute Club) and the Hungarian Base Jump Association, so far the only organised, legal international BASE JUMP event within the European Union and in Hungary. The date and venue of the event: The event will take place from 1-4th September 2005, in Szigetszentmiklós, next to Budapest, on the antenna of the Antenna Hungária Rt. and on its direct site. (In case of bad weather or/and the technical problems of the antenna the event can be cancelled!) As regards receiving the entry forms the competitors of last year will have priority. In case of application over the deadline the competitors will be registered in chronological order until the limited number of participants. We are expecting about 40 base jumpers for the event from 10-14 countries of the world on the basis of invitation. This year we will chose a winner in one event: The REAL BASE Contest which will include the following stages of jump: 1, jump control 2, accuracy + landing control 3, getaway simulation The site of the event can accommodate thousands of people. Apart from the BASE jump Contest other sports programmes and catering facilities will be available.
