sapperdale 0 #3 February 7, 2004 I have the RSL but I am missing the reserve static line release shackle. I live in a small town in Nova Scotia and there is no drop zone that has this type of gear or a rigger with it also. I need to find a riser that would have this on it. or the shackle it's self and have a rigger here intrall it for me. Do you know a source for these items surplus or used? riggerrob 643 #5 February 7, 2004 Once you have the manual and have figured out which size of Swedish snap shackle you need, you can order the snap shackle from Para-Gear, any of the better suppliers of parachute hardware or many marine supply houses. Brass snap shackles are made in Sweden, but I think the stainless steel shackles are made my Wichard in France.
