TribalTalon 0 #1 January 29, 2004 okay, i just gotta tell everybody about this. I ordered some items from them a week ago, including some blue tinted sorz goggles. i got them very quickly, but the goggles were clear instead of blue like i'd ordered. It wasnt that big of a deal, but i emailed them anyway to tell them to check their ordering set up to make sure that nothing was messed up, and they emailed me back a day later saying that they found the mistake, and that they were sending me a pair of blue tinted goggles free of charge!! WOW! i definitely wasnt expecting that, and now they have just gotten themselves another dedicated customer. It was actually surprising to get good customer service, after being abused by so many online businesses. I have a pair of them and they throw off my depth perception, BIG TIME. Thankfully i was flaring on the high side and not the low. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you. Mirage lead time was 4 weeks, when I received them they were standard hardware not SS. So they told me to send them back and they would have new ones to me in a week. I also told them I wanted some clear goggle so they sent be 2 pairs of the $17.00 goggles for free. I just didn't like the way everything was tinted blue so i stopped using 'em. ___________________________________________ meow I get a Mike hug! I get a Mike hug! My first rig so I had a million questions too. They gave me all the sale prices for the July sales (saved me LOTS of $!) and then even threw in free shipping! I had a custom Wings, both canopies & cypres packed and ready to jump sitting on my doorstep exactly 3 weeks after I ordered it! AWESOME!! BettyAnn Getting married? Check out my website! Wonderful to work with and they went above and beyond to get me new gear when a bozo docked on me hard enough to remove my helmut (pro track equipped).
