321oops 0 #1 November 6, 2004 Hi, can anyone help? i need to hoover up some info... have found out i will be based in Norway from mid january till the end of march ... I'm quite new to the sport and never jumped a big wall before (only have 15 jumps off A + S ) from what I've read this is off season time for Norway .. does any jumping ever happen around this time if there is a good weather day? my apologies if I am missing an obvious negating factor here .. Thanks also while I'm here, I've got some time off around xmas, can anyone confirm if the Italian terminal wall or walls in France have large landing areas for people with my low experience level? any other info like contacts to speak to there + airports to fly to from UK would be great many thanks for any help! TomAiello 26 #2 November 6, 2004 I believe most of the jumping in Norway during the winter is off other objects. I'd recommend contacting the locals. What part of Norway will you be in?-- Tom Aiello Tom@SnakeRiverBASE.com SnakeRiverBASE.com
TomAiello 26 #3 November 6, 2004 Please read the Before you Post! link at the top of this forum. I've edited your post to remove site names. The Italian terminal wall has a fairly large landing area. The French walls you mention mostly have poor landing areas, but there are other walls in France with better landings.-- Tom Aiello Tom@SnakeRiverBASE.com SnakeRiverBASE.com

K763 0 #5 November 6, 2004 Hi Ross- You can also go to www.basekjerag.com and sign into the guest book. That will get you in contact with the locals in short order. Karen
