BASE813 0 #1 October 7, 2004 As the UK board is down and in light of recent events, I just wanted to make a note that the UK BASE jumpers get together is still planned. I think this will be a good opportunity for UK jumpers to get together, meet new faces, meet new contacts, reflect on the past year, and just basically all get together and have a few beers, a chat, and watch some video (if people want to bring it) 4th December 6pm, Belushis, Camden High Street. This invitation is certainly open to new jumpers, and very much open to people who are seriously considering BASE as something they want to persue. This is a perfect opportunity for you to meet contacts, gain information, gain advice, and gain an insight. If you could let me know if your interested, I would appreciate it. Be safe people......... I'd like to see more of what the sport is like in this country. So far I've only seen the heavily edited commercial stuff that's released from the more well known objects and attention seekers.
