Unfortunately, one of the five finalists (the "Bridge Day" quarter), was axed by the mint due to coinabililty issues. Regardless, the New River Gorge Bridge is prominently displayed on one of the two final designs. The other (losing) design is a lame quilt. The111 1 #4 March 19, 2004 I find it unbelievable they were actually seriously considering the Bridge Day quarter... given the status of the sport in the general public and media's eyes (most will tell you BASE is "illegal")...
