Here...I took the liberty of enhancing it a bit (the light balance seemed a bit off). Hope I didn't butcher it too much...

Sweet Thanks bro.
Many of the pics are a little too dark. Not sure what happened.[:/]

Judging from that one, I'd say either the exposure was set for the upper part of the picture or the shutter speed was manually set too fast and aperture too small for the lower part to be exposed properly. If you're shooting on automatic, make sure the object you're trying to shoot is in the center (which is where cameras, unless set otherwise, measure light and adjust the exposure accordingly). If the center point of your composition is lighter or darker than the main object, try aiming at the object, depressing the shutter release halfway (or whatever you need to do for your camera to focus/adjust exposure) then, without releasing it, move the camera back so you have the composition you wanted in the viewfinder and shoot it.

If you're setting things manually, just make sure you make up for the shorter exposure times with a bigger aperture.
[edit]And don't worry about the pictures too much. Photoshop can work wonders.;)

it is not always so easy to judge light out in the desert!:)
