How can I manage SPAM

By adminon - Read 961 times
Unfortunately anyone can harvest usernames from Dropzone.com and by just adding @dropzone.com to the end of each of those will have a list of potential recipients to send unsolicited email to. There's very little we can do about that. We can help you manage it though. We've installed SpamAssassin to help you control SPAM that may be coming to your Dropzone Mail account.

SpamAssassin will flag all potential spam messages with the signature *****SPAM***** in the subject line. A good way to manage these messages is to create a filter to check for *****SPAM***** in the subject and move them to a different folder. You can either delete them immediately or create a custom "Spam" folder and drop them all in there to browse through before you delete them yourself. To create a filter go to "Advanced Filters" in the "Options" menu.

You can also use the "Spam Filters" option in the "Options" menu to list email addresses that you don't want to receive email from.
